We are all guilty of this (assumption, we are almost definitely not), leaving cups. We hate the dirty cups when we find them and we say things like:
"FOR GOD'S SAKE WHY DO PEOPLE DO THIS? IT'S NOT HARD JUST TAKE THE CUP DOWNSTAIRS INSTEAD OF LEAVING IT TO GO FUCKING MOULDY! IT IS SO DISGUSTING!", et cetera whilst we secretly wonder whether the cup is ours, or most certainly know
but really people (including me) why do you do it?
Because we secretly like the excitement of having germs growing in our rooms that's why!
In this clean, clean world we need the little adrenaline rush that knowing things that could kill (harm) us are growing near at night.
Because we love the SPORES!
well that's one theory anyway.
I put it to you psychologists, why do we never learn?
Why do we repeatedly leave cups around our houses?
The Witty (unlikely) observations of a person currently living in Dorset, female if you must know. Another somebody who thinks their mindless ramble is worth reading, actually I quite like what I write. If you do read any of it, please comment.

Citzenship
Today in citizenship we were asked to research AV and write a piece for or against it. This is what I handed into my teacher...
AV or first past the post? Either way, there will be people like me who are just not concerned. Some of us think of politics and the phrase “be afraid, be very afraid” pops into our heads, or just a blankness. Having the AV / first past the post scenario pushed in through our front doors only makes the matter worse. We will shy away the more you try to force it on us. The question is, does AV count who doesn’t vote and leave empty spaces in parliament? That is real democracy. Really, a lot of us do not want to make uninformed choices and simultaneously can’t be bothered to become informed so we continue with our lives doing nothing, or perhaps making remarks such as, the government suck, or I’m a punk! To be honest, the days of the monarchy were easier. People aren’t ready for the responsibility of democracy. We end up with politicians elected by the only people who can be bothered to vote who are really not most of us. I want to see dictatorships back.
I would like to add a disclaimer - how does one do that?
ahem: you may have detected a touch of sarcasm here. No I do not want to see dictatorships back... also copyrighting stuff :) have a nice day

Destiny
Some people are panicked by the idea of destiny but I don't see why. In fact, it's kind of comforting. If your life is planned out for you then it takes a whole lot of stress out of decision making (because really, there is no decision making). You can't mess things up, because it was always going to go a certain way. Nothing that happens bad is your fault.
If you are one of these people panicked by the idea that your life is not in your hands, instead just relax. You can do nowt, so don't try. Enjoy the now :)

I feel obliged to post something, don't feel obliged to read it
My last post was in January and that may be a good thing because I largely post about things that annoy me but now, annoyed or not, I feel I should blog
Even as I sit and ponder witty observations are coming to me
that's a joke, they are not
I recently got a mysterious foot injury in the night and am up obscenely early (in the six o'clock hours) to go walking but now I am forced to find entertainment on the computer which is in the form of this mindless ramble
did you know that in a snickers duo bar they manage to cram nearly five hundred calories? I was amazed when I found this out and slightly in awe of that innocent looking bar and then I ate it anyway
and also I ate a toasted (effectively fried as it was made in the toasty sandwich maker and I put butter on the outside too) nutella and golden syrup sandwich - at first, as you probably are, I was disgusted with myself, but then I thought, if can't eat this now, when can I? food worries are for later in life. I put my sister on ambulance watch nonetheless
and that's all for this awful post

Year7s
I am aware that this may be a controversial issue, and I am opening myself up to being accused of being ageist but I think that everyone will agree that year 7s are annoying. Year 8s are barely better.
I am pretty sure that when I was in year 7 (note: I was never a year seven, the two things are different) I swear there was a hierarchy system in place. You know, year sevens do not walk into year 8s, neither walk into year 9s e.t.c. now however, that seems to be abandoned. These midgets (I was never that short) shove into me and then tell me to watch it.
The little bastards.
I put it down to the sudden transition from top of the school to annoying children.
those screaming, rude, short, immature annoyances are the pain of every secondary school-dweller's lives.

Blog Properly Now
So I am searching for a blog by making up names and they normally exist except my joy at finding them is often quickly crushed by the 0-3 posts I see infront of me. Why not delete your blog if you are not going to post on it? Or when I comment and the owner doesn't check except annually, again - delete. I want only dedicated users on blogspot and all you others can leave and take your awful blogs with you.
People that won`t let me argue with them.
Now this habit might be peculiar to myself, but when I am annoyed at somebody I like to shout at them. The appropriate response to being shouted at by someone you have annoyed is to stay still, shut up and meekly apologize at the end of it all. With that done your relationship with that person (or me anyway) can continue as normal. What I hate is when somebody will not let this happen. They have to smooth talk their way out of it, disarm you, put things in a way that make you seem unreasonable, the manipulative bastards. This in the end makes your relationship worse because steam is unable to be blown off annoyance that you can't vent builds until you want to mutilate them. People who are like this in arguments to be promptly subtly drifted from in life.
Good Food
So I come downstairs feeling not peachy perfect and sit down at the table where my family are having a positively gormet lunch. My tender nostrils at this delicate stage of my illness are assualted with blue cheese and suchlike and it continues until I meekly ask for heinz spaghetti on toast. This prompted a thought, why do our (or maybe just my) parents try to bring me up on wonderful expensive tasteful food when we want rubbish? It would be easier to feed me crap, I want to eat crap and it would be cheaper for me to eat crap. I am sixteen now, I am responsible for my own malnutrition so let me eat out of cans please!
